Hello,

Just two weeks ago Microsoft formalize his last version of her Operation System with the name is Windows 10 and not Windows 9 .

this version in universal OS what this mean ? 

That mean that this version is for computer , smartphone and tablet, with a suitable interface.

The technical Preview of windows 10 was online after a few days when microsoft annouce the windows 10 and from this day to today windows 10 has been download less than 1 million.

So that version of windows seem appeal to its users , even it is just a preview version.
